Delete your account.
Delete your account in the app, under Account. Your details go for good; your past bookings stay, with no name on them, so the accounts still add up. Can't open the app? Write to info@nobrainer.bot.
1 · In the app
Open NoBrainer, go to Account and tap Delete my account. The app shows you what goes and what stays, then asks you to confirm it's you: with a code sent to your number, or with Apple or Google if that's how you sign in. Once you confirm, your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out. If a booking isn't finished yet, or a payment, a refund, a price change, a dispute or a complaint is still open, the app tells you what's in the way and nothing is deleted: try again once it's done. If your number also signs in to the NoBrainer console, or as crew for a business, ask us or the business to switch that off first.
2 · What goes for good
Your name, phone number and email. Your addresses and saved cards. Every way you sign in, Face ID included. The phones we send your notifications to. Your notes and words on bookings. The sign-in codes sent to your number. Your repeat bookings, which stop. Your waitlist sign-up and contact requests that carry your number. If you sign in with Apple, we also ask Apple to remove NoBrainer from your Apple ID.
3 · What stays, and why
Your past bookings stay, with no name, number, address or note on them: the service, the date, the price and the business that did it. They are commercial records. The accounts have to add up, and the business that did the job is paid against them (Privacy Policy, section 5). The records that we sent you a message stay too, with no number, email or text on them. Deleted details can survive in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those expire.
4 · If you can't open the app
Write to info@nobrainer.bot and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the phone number you sign in with, or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the email on that account. We'll confirm it's you before we delete anything, and we'll do it within 30 days. It goes the same way as in the app: your details go for good, and your past bookings stay with no name on them.
5 · Starting again
You can sign up again later with the same phone number. It will be a new account, with none of the old one's history.
